Questions providers ask
Do my customers need to download anything?
No. They open your link in any browser, including inside Messenger, Viber or Facebook, and book right there. No account and no password.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, free forever. One provider, unlimited bookings, no time limit and no card. You only pay if you want unlimited deposits (Pro) or staff (Team).
Does Servicebook handle my customers' payments?
No. Customers pay you directly by GCash, Maya, QRPh or cash. Servicebook shows them your payment details and keeps the record. It never holds, routes or takes a cut of the money.
What if my signal is weak?
The app works offline. Check your schedule and update bookings anywhere; changes sync when you're back online. New requests reach you once you have signal again.
Can customers cancel or reschedule?
Yes, from their booking page, up to 3 hours before the booking; you can change that window. A new time needs your confirmation again.
How does the Team trial work?
It starts when you invite your first staff member and lasts 14 days, with no card. When it ends, team features lock and your bookings stay.
Is there an iPhone app?
Yes. Servicebook launches on iPhone and Android at the same time. Your customers can book from any phone.
